I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor practicing in NYC. I specialize in anxiety disorders, OCD and Perfectionism. However my work expands to working with Depression, stress and relationship issues. My approach to therapy is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and ExRP for OCD. I also incorporate principles of ACT in treatment. My goal is to provide a safe environment for my clients where healing can happen and to apply evidence-based techniques and therapies to help achieve your goals.
