My aim is to help individuals, couples and families find comfort from emotional distress, and help them with the building blocks to construct the lives they want. Since I co-founded FeelBetterNow Psychotherapy & Counselling I have provided support to people from different religions, cultures and lifestyles struggling with a variety of mental health issues.
