I specialize in disordered eating, and have developed interests in integrating anti-racism into food and body image work. I believe that helping clients built connection to their bodies is the most impactful and empowering part of this work. Further, being able to integrate spirituality and racial identity development in a trauma-informed way has been intertwined in my framework. I like to use EMDR and interpersonal process interventions in therapy, and have extensive experience working with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, and other eating disorders.
